Dental Appointment Cancellation Policy

There will be a $75.00 per 1/2 hour charge for appointments cancelled or broken WITHOUT 48 hours advance notice (No exceptions).CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE: This e-mail message contains confidential information protected by the dental practice-client privilege and is intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to which it is addressed. Please have your mask on, sanitize your hands before you entering the office. Only patient allowed, one patient at a time and follow social distancing.

If you have medical issue such as HEART disease, LUNG disease, Kidney disease, DIABETES or any auto-immune disorders please CONSULT with your medical doctor before coming and let us know.
There may be screening form needed to be filled and will take your temperature before.
