Using the right toothbrush to clean your teeth and gums is important so you can have optimum oral health. But it can be confusing choosing the right toothbrush with so many options available.

Never share your toothbrush with anyone, even family members. Replace your toothbrush every 3 months or sooner if it looks worn out. Don’t forget to add the dental floss, toothpaste and mouth wash to your shopping basket.
